Invitation to OPEN NORDIC-BALTIC DEAF ORIENTEERING CHAMPIONSHIPS IN 2007

Dear Nordic-Baltic Member and other orienteers member countries,

Danish Deaf Sports Association invites you Nordic-Baltic and other orienteers countries to the Open Nordic-Baltic Deaf Orienteering Championships, Open Nordic-Baltic Junior Deaf Orienteering Championships and Open Deaf Masters Nordic-Baltic Orienteering held in

June 21^th – 24^th 2007. Open NBDOC will take place in/around town of Horsens on Jutlandia,

located 255 km west of Copenhagen.

Accomodation arranged at Folk High School of the Deaf “Castberggaard” in Urlev near Vejle and can you see website: http://www.castberggaard.dk/UK/index_UK.htm .

Travel suggested on arrival at Billund onwards with bus to Urlev or on arrival Copenhagen onwards with train to Vejle and bus to Urlev.

We will inform you about price: entry partipication for all competitions – 75 €.

Accomodation can stay arrival from June 20^th and departure to June 24^th – price below:

Accomodation in single rooms incl. breakfast, lunch and dinner – 290,- € for 4 day pr. person

Accomodation in double rooms incl. breakfast, lunch and dinner – 250,- € for 4 day pr. person

Accomodation in triple rooms incl. breakfast, lunch and dinner – 215,- € for 4 day pr. person

Daily transportation from the hotel to the course – 25,- €

Transportation from Vejle railway station to Urlev and back – 15,- €

Transportation from Billund airport to Urlev and back – 20,- €

First of March 2007 we will send you finaly entry form and detailed competition program.

Send preliminary entry to Danish Deaf Sports Association, deadline is Februar 20^th 2007.
